Tours & Space Details
How far in advance should I reserve my date?
We recommend booking at least 3 months in advance to secure your preferred date.
Is a deposit required to secure my booking?
Yes. A non-refundable security deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is also required to hold your date, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to your event.
What’s included in the rental fee?
Rental fee is $250
Each booking includes 1 hour of setup, 2 hours of event time, and 30 minutes for cleanup.
What happens if we go over our rental time?
Overtime will be billed at the current overage rate per hour, and events may be asked to conclude promptly if another booking follows.
Can I schedule a tour before booking?
Yes! Self-guided tours can be scheduled on days when no events are booked.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes. Parking is available in front of the building, with a loading garage door around back and overflow parking on the gravel lot behind the building.
Food, drinks, vendors, Amenities & Equipment
Do you provide tables and chairs?
Yes, we have 2×6 foot tables,18 x 8 ft tables and 115 chairs.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Absolutely! You can bring your own food, and vendors. We only ask that you avoid damaging furniture and that everything is removed by the end of your rental period.
Is alcohol allowed at events?
Yes, alcohol is permitted. We ask guests to drink responsibly and hire licensed bartenders for larger events when possible.
Is the venue climate-controlled?
Yes. The entire space is climate-controlled for your comfort year-round.
Do you allow outside vendors such as caterers, DJs, or photographers?
Yes, you can bring your preferred vendors.
Decorations and setup
Can I bring my own decorations?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own décor, but everything must be removed after your event. Please use non-damaging materials—nothing that penetrates or damages walls.
Can we access the venue early to set up?
Yes! Your rental includes 1 hour prior to your event for setup and an additional 30 minutes after your event for cleanup at no extra cost.
Are candles, sparklers, or confetti allowed?
Candles and confetti are allowed. Sparklers are not permitted, except for cold sparks provided by a licensed professional.
Do you provide decoration items or props?
We don’t at the moment
Are there any decorations or activities not allowed in the venue?
Events may not continue past 10:00 PM. Sexually explicit parties or activities are not permitted.
Other Rules & Policies
Are bounce houses or inflatables allowed?
Yes! The ceiling height is 21 feet in the center and 14 feet on the ends, which accommodates most inflatables.
Are animals or pets allowed inside the venue?
Only service animals or small pets approved in advance are permitted. Petting zoos or livestock are not allowed.
Is smoking or vaping permitted on the property?
No. We are a smoke- and vape-free facility, both indoors and outdoors.
Do you require event insurance?
Event insurance is not required but preferred for your protection and ours.
